Prints & Posters
What type of frames do you use for your framed prints?
We frame our prints with high quality pine wood frames available in 4 colours (Black, White, Dark brown, and Natural Wood). Our framed prints come ready to hang with the frame hanger attached.
- Frame Material: Durable pine wood.
- Frame Measurements: 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") thick, 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6") wide.
What kind of paper is my artwork printed on?
We print all our timeless art on thick matte museum quality paper from Japan
- Paper Weight: 200 gsm (80 lb), thickness: 0.22 mm (8.7 mils). museum-quality posters made on thick matte paper
- Paper Finishing: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface.
- Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified materials or equivalent.
Can I return my print?
We currently do not offer returns on prints & posters or flags as these products are made to order when you make your purchase, this process allows us to protect the environment by reducing waste.
If you change your mind after making a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancel. If you have any issues upon receiving your items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

What material is your flag?
We print our art on 100% Knitted Polyester
How is the art printed on the flag?
Using a sublimation technique we print our beautiful flags designed to last a lifetime made to resist any chipping or cracking.
Can I return my flag?
We currently do not offer returns on flags or prints & posters as these products are made to order when you make your purchase, this process allows us to protect the environment by reducing waste.
